Double-sided Tape Spools or Bobbins

Long length machine-applied industrial Double-sided tapes. High-performance, solvent acrylic adhesive and red MOPP liner. Spooled onto 6-inch core.

For continuous processes, such as plastic extrusion, we produce long length rolls in traverse pattern, called spools or bobbins. These rolls are wider than flat rolls and require a special unwinder, but carry far greater length of tape. When production output is affected by machine downtime, the goal is to change feedrolls less frequently.

The material is a High-performance clear PET double-sided tape with solvent-acrylic adhesive system. Suited to indoor and outdoor applications, long-term. Suitable for uPVC, metals, paper, board, foam and painted surfaces. Ones applied to a non-porous surface, the tape is waterproof and UV resistant. The release liner is a red MOPP film that strips off easily.
