STIKON® Perm/Peel strong but Removable Foam Tape has a differential adhesive system. Permanent on one side (open side) and peelable on the other (with releaser liner). This combination makes removal possible without leaving residue on multiple non-delaminating surfaces such as: steel, aluminium, glass, and PVC.
Adhesive strength
Whilst removable, this differential adhesive system provides a secure and long-lasting adhesive bond on both difficult and uneven surfaces. To peel away after use the tape is ideally used to mount flexible or semi-rigid items such as laminated posters, signage, shelf wobblers, LED lighting, etc.
UV resistant
Both sides of the differential acrylic adhesive formulation are UV stable, so can be used on displays and shop windows where it is exposed to direct sunlight. It is suitable for use indoor and outdoor. Clean removal remains possible after extended periods of time
Internal strength
The foam carrier is a white medium-density closed cell PE foam with a thickness of 1MM. Not only does it adept well to uneven surfaces, it also avoids breaking or tearing under stress so no residue remains after peeling off.Â
No traces
Removable perm/peel foam tape is ideal when a strong mounting tape is required but may need to be removed at some point without leaving traces behind. It will cope with a variety of difficult and irregular surfaces making it highly versatile. It is ideal for use in shops, public spaces, at events, expos and also at home.
The peel force on removal will depend on the amount of tape used; we offer a wide variety of roll sizes starting 6mm right up to 300mm wide. Not just slit rolls, now also available in 25mm Discs with a user friendly ‘peel-tab’ blue top liner.
